All parcels are trackable, once your order is dispatched you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

The clock size is 60 cm / 24 in with no markers installed.

If you want to install the markers, the smallest radius is 70 cm / 27.6 in and 87 cm /34.3 in is the biggest. A template with pre-cut slots is included so you don't have to take any measurements.

Yes, your product is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for a one-year period. After this time, if your item is faulty you can purchase spare parts. This is subject to availability.

You have the right to return any product purchased from our website within 14 days of receiving the order. The product(s) must be unused, in its original package and still and the same new condition as it was when the item was received.

Please note that you will be responsible for all the cost sending back the return to Beyond Object, plus the original shipping charges in the order.
