Delivery

Beyond Object ships worldwide. All orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 business days and deliveries are mainly via FedEX or other service alike. All parcels are trackable, once your order is dispatched you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Beyond Object offers free shipping on orders over £150 

Orders are dispatched from our main warehouses in Taiwan or UK depending on the stock availability. Additional border and/or customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer, please check your local import rates and fees.

Standard delivery times

The estimated delivery times below are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

Standard Worldwide Delivery: 5-12 business days
Express Worldwide Delivery : 3-5 business days

Returns

You have the right to return any product purchased from our website within 14 days of receiving the order. The product(s) must be unused, in its original package and still and the same new condition as it was when the item was received. We reserve the right to deny a refund for an item that is believed to be previously damaged; or we may charge a fee for refurbishment is the product or package was damaged.

Please note that you will be responsible for all the cost sending back the return to Beyond Object, plus the original shipping charges in the order. We recommend that you keep the original shipping materials as it is important that you pack the product so that it will not be damaged during shipping. Failure to properly package your order for return shipment may lead to your refund or repair request being denied if the product arrives damaged.

Claims

Even though we make meticulous controls of our products, it is still possible that, in rare cases, they are faulty. If you discover that your product has a manufacturing or material fault, please contact us at support@beyond-object.com


We handle every case individually. If you think an item is damaged, please let us know within 5 days of delivery. Claims for damaged items will not be accepted after 5 days. You have the right to make a complaint about manufacturing, or material faults, or faults that have been detected after normal use. If the fault is caused by ungentle usage, you don’t have the right to make a claim.
