Shipping

We ship from our main wharehouses in the UK and Taiwan.

We offer worldwide shipping using Fedex as our main logistics partners.

We aim to fulfil orders within 2-3 business days. Depending on which method of shipment you selected at the checkout the delivery time may vary between 3 to 15 business day. Remote locations might take longer.

After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you'll receive an email detailing order tracking information.

The delivery cost is calculated and displayed at the checkout. Shipping and handling costs are dependent on weight, and vary depending on destination.

We use Fedex International for all our orders.

Returns and exchanges

If you are not happy with your item you can return it within 15 days. For faulty or wrong items contact us within 48 hours. 

The cost of shipping an item back to Beyond Object is always the responsibility of the customer. Please read more about returns in our policy page.

We hope that you love everything in your order, but if you aren't totally in love with something, you have 15 days from the purchase date to send it back to us. Simply pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address below. Keep in mind that the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon return shipping. Make sure to use a tracked service and keep a hold of your receipt, just in case there are any issues.
